The strips tend to go on sale for $1. This could be free or really cheap yeast.

I wonder if the CATs will be one for each strip or just one per order. These are on sale right now $1.39, but I'm going to hold out for the $1 price. If it gets down to that, and the CATS are one for each strip, that'd make them free with the BOGO Q and after the CATS.

ETA from the description of the CAT in the Fred Meyer forum, it looks like you DO get a cat for each one you buy

Last time they had this cat it was one per strip. They also had $.50 blinkies right on the shelf and they were on sale for $1, so it was free yeast for as long as you were willing to stand and wait for blinkies to pop out.

I went and tested it today. I got the b1g1 coupon so I got 2 used the coupon and got 2 .50 catalinas. They were on sale at my store for $1.69 until 11/18. So for .69 I got 2 strips of yeast. Not the greatest but I live in the LOND.

I remember this. I still have a lot of yeast left! Still, I wouldn't mind some nice fresh ones ;)
