Question about using catalinas

For the cats that are manufacturer coupons like the peanuts or marshmallow deal can they be used at other stores or only Albertsons? Can we use them to buy gas at the store gas station? (our Abertsons sells gas) It doesn't seem to exclude them like walgreens does.
