So it's something else.
Since Acme wouldn't fix it for you and you got no cat, you can call catalina tomarrow(it takes a day to get in their system) and they'll look up your transaction for you with the number from your reciept.
The catalina people are very helpful. You will need to know the name of the promotion, I believe it is "take it easy, make it easy"

1) There is something they can do. It's their job to fix it...that's why they are called Customer Service, not Customer Excuse.I often call Cat first just to avoid the kind of hassle they gave you.
2) This Cat will print on your order, every order until the's come home. I just left the store, nothing was 'fixed' because nothing was broken. Think that free Crystal Light was an accident? They have new design for the boxes, and some of the product is EXPIRED! I imagine it was the manufactures intent to move old product with old dates and old packaging.
3) These deals still go off of shelf price. You will know when this ends because you will hear the mournful cry of a thousand HCW Acme forum members (and the lurkers...don't think we get to 10,000 page views from participants alone do ya?HI lurkers!
).
4) Acme isn't 'fixing' anything. If the Catalina promotions begin to work on sale price I think it will be through a rather complex solution involving Catalina and affecting every single grocery store that has these promos. Unless it's on knock down, your golden. But there's been more knock downs lately...humm.

No biggie, I have more lotions that'll drown a cow from the last 2 years at cvs et al.
