So IMO if it says DND and it does I got lucky.
ditto here too.

i do my planning assuming that they will NOT double and then just am pleasantly surprised if my OOP at the store is lower.

I was told this also. Has anyone used more than one ONYO Beef/Chicken on an item? It'd be easier than what I'm doing!

well, i argued and she called over the front end supervisor (or whatever she's called) and she was on my side and made the cashier take them all (i was trying to use 4 on 3 items, one of which was free on a b1g1).

What is a multiple 7?
Sorry about the incorrect formatting, I tried to quote a post but it didn't work right.

More and more cashiers are checking the DND coupons more carefully. It seems that cashiers are now checking them more closely weather it is the SCO or the regular registers. I have had a few unpleasant experiences with coupons at two different ACME stores lately, which I never did before. (the issues were not the DND coupons, just coupons in general) It just makes me think that perhaps cashiers have been directed to check coupons more carefully. I just now consider it a bonus if they double. I have learned also to never use the DND coupons at SCO if you need to meet a purchase requirement for a catalina, as the coupons deduct from your total, and then you do not get the catalina. This only occurs at the SCO registers, and not at the regular registers.

Technically, they would have been right to not allow that. The general rule is one manuf coupon per item and CATs are considered manuf coupons. The free item still counts as an item, but you should still have enough items to cover the number of coupons. It's usually better to make sure you have a filler item (ex. single banana) for each extra coupon you're planning to use.

HTH.

Default Re: Does your store double DND IP's?

Avondale taped up the coupon slots in the SCOs a while back and pretty much all of the cashiers are making sure that the DND5's don't double anymore. They've gotten pretty religious about it.

I just don't get why they suddenly started doing it. I tried to talk to one of the CSR's about it, but she's giving me the story about counterfeit coupons and how the company isnt' getting paid for the DND coupons. She's nice about it, but it's obvious she doesn't understand coupons. Has anyone gotten a coherent explanation from anyone in the company? :shrug7:
