ok, someone posted on one of the blogs I read that they bought 24 cans of progresso soup and get 3 $5 cats. anyone know what this is about?

I went to Acme this evening and tried out the Coke deal....it didn't work. :sad: Oh well.

Also, the hams are approximately $25. I debated on whether or not to pick one up (as well as the turkey breast), but didn't know if that was a good deal or not. Anyone know?

Also bought the 4 Tombstone pizzas and got a cat advertising the next promotion....buy 2 Tombstones, get $2, 3 - $4, and 4 - $5.

Oh - and there were big signs at the SCO in Limerick saying that they no longer accept any competitors coupons.

To me, this is the standard wording on any coupon in itself. Has anyone been able to use two $10.00 GM catalinas in the same order? My store most likely will not scrutinize the wording, but to me the issue is if the system allows it. I had two of the same OYNO from a different offer and from a different grocery chain and the system would not allow it. I have 3 to use by Sunday. I hope I can do just one order! TIA!

I used 2 during the promotion when I was rolling them. They scaned fine no beeps. But it's a YMMV if they read cat and let you use them. From a cashiers point of view if they scan and I won't get in trouble I would let them go thru.

The managers at two area Shoprites and one area ACME will let me buy store giftcards with the Cats. They are nice, and accept my argument that the money will be spent later at their store anyway, just not today.
No harm in asking nicely.

The sign refers to any store coupons and the $5 off $50, etc. ones. They still take competitor catalinas as long as they say "manufacturer's coupon" on the top of them, no matter what store logo is on them.
