Default re: Acme Ad: 10/23-10/29 & Discussion here:)

Has anyone tried the GM $10.00 catalina deal past the dates given in the ad? Some people mentioned that they were getting rainchecks for sale prices. It was supposed to run until today, from what was reported. I wanted to get some more GG vegetables, since they are still on knockdown prices. If you have coupons the veggies are a good deal. The steamers coupon at Greengiant.com has been reset. The steamers are not on knockdown price. I am really beginning to wonder if this is still in effect, since there has been zero discussion about this here or on other sites and at sister chains at those other sites. Thanks

Oh okay.

As far as freezing the biscuits, do you just take them out a couple of days before you are ready to cook them. I guess I could try it...

Also, is it possible to get a rain check for the Pillsbury? I know the CAT is temporary, but $1 for a can of biscuits isn't bad.

Didn't work for me today. I bought all GG no sauce shoepeg corn. I will use the corn so it was a good way to retire a 10 and 4 cat.

thanks for letting me know! I guess it really did not run until the 25th, as previously reported. (maybe I was mistaken, I thought that I read that somewhere)

The only coupons I have come across are 50c off of 4 on the sides, and 75c off of 3 blinkies, neither of which bring the oop to less than $4. What am I missing?

Also, can we roll* the CATS?

*Unsure what "roll" really means, so I think instead of being "clever", I should ask the question in a language I understand :)

"Can we buy more Pillsbury, use the CAT as payment, and get another CAT? ...and do this multiple times in one visit?"

You got it - using the Pillsbury cat as payment and getting another cat is "rolling".

9/13GM , 10/14GM, and 10/25S all had .50/2 coupons for Pillsbury crescent rolls. These will double.

Read your cat and make sure it doesn't say anything about using for same deal. Usally it doesn't but we have had Proctor and Gamble one say that they can't be used.
