I emailed Acme at the email address from their website acmecustomercare@acmemarkets.com on Friday to complain about my experience at their Avondale store. Today, I got a bounce back notice saying that my email service gave up trying to deliver the email after 48 hours. I sent them an email several weeks ago and received no response.
Has anyone ever used that email address and gotten a response?
Has anyone gotten an undeliverable notice for that address?
I know the last time I found a form on their site to fill in.
I have also called corporate, and I got a case number, and a call from a manager w/in 24 hours 1 888 746 7252, it was a slllooooowwwww call, but I got results
You know - I made a big deal about how I emailed customer service on Thursday to tell them how happy I am with the service at Limerick and Collegeville...
And this morning I got the "returned as undeliverable" message as well!
I emailed them last week and received a response, that the store mamager would call me and she did. She was supposed to get back with me and still hasnt, and its been over a week. So I sent another email last night and received a response again today.
I am so happy with todays response as it has the coupon policy spelled out. I plan on taking it with me and showing it every time I have a problem. The Collegeville PA store has signs up saying they dont accept Ineternet printables, but I have a lovely email from the Acme headquarters/Customer Service that does indeed say they do take them.
