Kraft/ I get a subtotal

My Acme's Kraft $5 off wasnt working, so what I started doing was to put all my Kraft deals together on the belt first. Then I got a subtotal. Then I continued with the rest of my items.
That way I was positive I spent $20 on Kraft, plus all the Kraft deal items were all in one place on the receipt so it was easier to prove to them I had bought the right things.
As of yesterday it had started working at my store. HTH

It seems they have been having the same problem all over, since they had to manually take off $5 for me.

I had to go back today to get them to refund the $5 that didn't come off my purchase yesterday. The whole way home I was trying to figure out why my total was so much more than I expected. Finally realized that the instant savings hadn't come off. Fortunately, I had no problem getting the refund.

Unfortunately, I tried to get more Planters while I was there and the idiot manager wouldn't allow me to use the $3 Qs. Told me that they violate the company's policy on printed Qs for free products. I tried patiently, then not so patiently, to explain the difference between a "free" coupon and a stated value coupon that just happened to make the product free. I pointed out that the insert coupon I was using for SB bars made that product free - he was fine with that, but not the printed one that did the same thing. Then he gave me the king of all illogical statements. I mentioned that the Planters were normally $4 or $5 and he told me "Oh you could use the coupon then".

I took my SB coupon back and walked out of the store leaving all my stuff on the belt. I'm planning to contact Acme corporate this afternoon yet. Then I'm going back to the same store this evening (after Mr. Spock there is off shift) and getting my Planters.

4 Planters $12 - $12 MFQ
3 Mac N Cheese $3
6 Jell-o $3 minus 2 50 cent Q's doubled and a free bucket
1 A-1 sauce $3.49 $1 Q
3 Kraft Marshmallows $3
1 Hotwheel car for $1.00

Total after Q's was $10.56, checked my receipt $5 didn't come off, I got $5 cash, so OOP was $5.56 and I got $8 in cats!!!! And DH will take the marinades to work and sell them for 50 cents each!
