Kraft transactions--June 27-July 3

Just curious what everyone else is doing for the Kraft deals this week.

Do you think the ketchup will count for $3 or $5?

I'm thinking of doing this:
$5-5 ketchups
$6-Planters
$2-Kraft singles
$6-digiorno
$1-mac & cheese--

That makes $20--or should I throw in $2 worth of mac & cheese to be sure? I have a toddler, so it will get eaten.

Then minus-
$5 instant savings
$2 ketchup deal
$6 planters printables
$2 free kraft singles wyb 3 products
$1 digiorno-I don't know where I got this, looks like a tearpad

So $22 worth of stuff for $6. Not bad.

I've been working my scenarios on this too. I think I might do:

4 Kraft Singles -- $8
4 Cream Cheese -- $5
1 Claussen -- $2.50
2 South Beach -- $5.00
11 Kool Aid Packs @ .2 -- $2.20 (not part of deal, but needed for Qs)

Total -- $22.70

less 4 free Kraft Singles ($8), Claussen ($1.10), South Beach Avenu ($2), South Beach Qs ($2), Cream Cheese Tearpad ($1.00), and $5 Instant Savings comes to $1.60 OOP. Unfortunatley, we'll only really use the cream cheese and pickles. But it's nice to bring stuff to the food pantry.

Is ketchup listed in your ad as qualifying for this deal? It's not in mine.

You're right--it's not. I have too many deals swishing around in my head, lol. 5 bottles for $3 is still a good deal.

Okay, I guess I was the guinea pig on this deal, and I have an update: The $20 needed is on sale prices, and Avenu savings count as sale discounts. So you need $20 after sales and Avenu, but before manufacturer's coupons.

Also, for anyone planning on buying the Heniz ketchup, it will be 5/$5. They are on sale for $2 each. When you buy 5, the register automatically takes of $3, making it 5/$7. Then, the 5/$5 coupon takes off another $2, making it 5/$5. Too bad, but I can't really complain, as the coupons says it can't be combined with other offers.

yes but if you go through a lot of ketchup (my husband puts it on everything), you can do this deal several times, using the $3 Catalina to pay for the next deal.

So the first deal would be 5 for $5 OOP
Each next time would be 5 for $2 OOP

I plan on getting 20 Heinz ketchups for $11 OOP with a $3 catalina left over (yes - we WILL go through that much ketchup....it will last us approx. 20 weeks)

I did the ketchup--I didn't get a $3 cat. I was pretty sure I had paid $5 for all of it, so thanks for clarifying. Also, my $5 savings didn't come off and I had to go to the CS counter to get my $5 back. I didn't buy anything with Avenu today, so that wouldn't have affected it.

I am confused on the ketchup deal. If you use the q they are 5/$5, but they are also listed in the buy 5 save $3 instantly on page 3. SO doesnt that make them 5/$2? or does the register not let you do both deals? or have I just lost my mind??!!

I bought 5 ketchup @ $2.00 each = 10.00
$3 comes off automatically (not a catalina) = 7.00
then when I scanned the 5/5 coupon it wouldnt work (I was @ self checkout) so the cashier put it thru manually.
end price was 5/$2
