I submit the rebate online and today I got the postcard saying they cann't honor my request because UPC cods are missing..

Now my newbie q. is this ..Do I have to send the UPC# also.?

Is this rebate is not the same as riteaid or staples rebate?

and which phone # do I have to call?
please advise. thx.

This on-line submission is a new thing for them...maybe there are a few kinks. Did you scan your Ace Rewards card at the time of purchase and the card # is on your receipt??

I mailed my submission in & got my rebate check today!! Yeah, it was a big one too almost $50!!
