I'm so terrible but I don't know if they have the forms in store. They probably do. I'll find out.

They do have the forms online (not yet though for BF). You can do the rebates online ONLY if you are an ACE rewards member. But you can sign up in store to become a member or sign up online. You just have to make sure your member card is scanned during your purchase. That's the catch. You have to scan the card with your purchase to do the rebates online.
