Coupon Policy

Acceptance of coupons is a huge YMMV. Since ACE stores are independently owned and operated, coupon acceptance is up to the franchise owner.


Monthly Rebates

Every month ACE has a new ad and monthly rebate items. Some items are free after rebate and some are just cheap. You can find a list of the current rebates here.

Once you have purchased your goodies, you can either submit the rebates by printing the appropriate form and mailing it in or submitting them online - E-Rebates (only ACE Rewards members can use E-Rebates). If you choose to mail in your form, the postmark by date is specified next to the link for the rebate form you need. Some rebates require you to include the UPC from the product and some require just the UPC number recorded on the form. Those items that require UPCs to be mailed in specify it on the form. In addition, you will need to submit your original receipt, no copies! Do be sure to make copies of the form, UPCs and receipt for your records though.

If you want to submit online, you will need to
(1) Sign into your account here
(2) Click “Already an Ace Rewards Member” and continue with the
sign in process.
(3) Click on the e-rebates logo to submit your rebate online.

If your number does not print at the bottom of your recipt, you will need to mail your submission in. Near the bottom, it will show ACE REWARDS ID # 0000000

The fine print:

• Limit ONE rebate claim form per name, household or address.
• Offers are product specific. Substitutions or rainchecks will not be honored. Check those item numbers on the rebate forms!
• Include all rebates you wish to redeem within one submission. For mail-in rebates, mail all receipts from each shopping visit. For online, no receipts
are required. Receive ONE CHECK approximately 8 weeks after submission.
• Submissions from different addresses or different Ace Rewards numbers cannot be combined in one envelope or online submission.
• Not valid with any other offer.
• No photocopied, altered, substitute, counterfeit or non Ace receipts will be accepted. (In RI a photocopied or duplicate receipt is acceptable.)
• Only one rebate claim will be accepted during a promotion. Any other
claims must be submitted by mail using the form.
• For mail in and online submissions, allow 8 weeks for processing. If
you do not receive your rebate after 8 weeks, call 1-800-477-4137
or to track your rebate online at ACE Rebate Center.



ACE Rewards

So your thinking, I have to be an ACE Rewards member to submit rebates online, but what else do I get?

• 1,000 points with your 1st purchase
• 10 points for every $1 spent
• Once you get 2,500 points you will get a $5 reward
• Double points on everyday on hot items
• Member only coupons (you must opt in to this when you sign up)
• Manage your account online
• E-Rebates

You can sign up here. Click Join Ace Rewards Now. New Customers will need to enter an email and create a password. Then click Sign In. Fill out all fields and whether you'd like emails (COUPONS) or not. Once complete click Join Now. If you sign up online you can print your temporary card and will receive on in the mail in a few weeks.

You can also sign up in store for the rewards card.

I lost my rewards card. Now what? Sign into your account online and you can click Request a new card (right side) or call customer service at 1-866-290-5334.
