bought 2 fruit roll ups, 1 gushers, 2 mini fruit roll ups & 1 fruit by the foot and no cat printed. Do you have a number to call ?

I did this deal two times today (did it a few others the day before) and the first time today it was fine the next one (which was back to back to the other one) the second one didnt print (it printed other ad's and junk as I call it) but not the $3.50 cat...cashier said she cant do anything about it and I have to call them. Now I have never called So I thought I would check is it hard to do?

Also I think I figure out why it might not have printed.....in that order I saw a new "kind" it was the Transformers Fruit Snacks......so I got those......9trying to spice it up a little rather than just te scooby and spider ones hehehe) anyways could that have been it, and shouldnt it have worked?
