I found this in the forum rules:

"If the bidder is responsible for shipping, list the shipping amount. If you are covering shipping, say so, its a great selling feature.
If shipping is not addressed in the auction terms, then the seller is responsible for shipping the item to the bidder."

I would have to assume that the shipping is the lister's responsibility based on the above, right?!?
