It sure does seem like they are beating around the bush in trying to give you direct answers to your 10 questions..all very valid and some situations that I also have needed answers to. Maybe a District/Regional Mgr or some Regional Headquarters office for the SW area could help??? I forgot who you have already talked to. I am going to print your post and ask my store mgr what the policy is so maybe we can get a direct answer. Thanks so much for bringing this to all our attentions. |
