I just checked mine too, and the bonus pack didn't show up. Thanks for the CS # - I'll have to call. I'm the same way OP - I'm not going to PAY for toothpaste LOL
They are adjusting my account now - at first they weren't going to because I gave them the wrong SCR #, it's 226 for $1.74, the $2.49 rebate (#225) isn't until next week. At first I thought I was going crazy!
That was the first time I've ever called - quick and painless (I usually hate using the phone), but it took all of 3 minutes. Very nice! |
