Minimum would be to purchase 2 Herbal Essences and 1 other listed P&G product to reach the three items you need for the promo. Then the $3/2 Herbal Essences coupon that came out in yesterday's insert will get you them for free. You can use a coupon on the third item, but you'll pay for whatever that item is.

The best deal would be to buy 6 Herbal Essences and use 3 $3/2 coupons to get 6 bottles for free.
