I think that they mean that you can't do the following scenario:
You have 2 $3 Planters coupons and 2 Free Crystal Light coupons (all 4 are wyb 3 other items.)

You can't use all 4 of them in one transaction, buy absolutely nothing else, and walk out with 2 free planters and 2 free crystal lights.

Kool-aid is 6 for $1 at Acme....my kids are already set for Kool-aid for the summer and I ran accross one of those tearpads at Acme today...free crystal light, free crackers, free hot dogs (the tearpad had alternating coupons)
