I am having the same problem. My purchases were on the 18th, I submitted on the 20th, and I still get the message that they're waiting for data from the store. I called them one day last week and was told to wait 10 days. I called them again today, since today is day #10...and was told to allow 10 full days....if I don't receive credit by the end of today, I should call them tomorrow .

I'm almost willing to bet that I'll end up having to call them. I'm getting ready to move and the items from that receipt (3 of them) are already packed in boxes (I know...I know...I should've known better!)

Seems RA is having problems lately. Last month I had to call them cuz they said I didn't purchase the correct items...so I had to fax them over a copy of my receipt w/UPC #'s written on it.

I used to love doing RA rebates, but now I cross my fingers every time I do them hoping I won't have any problems this time. What a pain!
