Notice on the front of the package there is a blue square that says SAVE UP TO $65. When you open the package there is info telling you to register your product and they will refund your purchase price up to $40 plus send coupons for drums and lancets. You will need to also send in original dated receipt.
Thie is the monitor DH uses all the time and I have gotten these rebates in the past. Since I bought one on each of our cards I will send 1 rebate to our home in MD and 1 to our home in TN. |
