Some people have posted before that their rebate for a monitor was initially turned down b/c they used ECBs to pay and it showed a low or $0 oop, but generally it seems that if these people call and argue the point of ECBs being 'earned' money that normally they do eventually get their rebate. I have not tried a rebate where I did not pay cash oop, though.
