It is worthwhile to mention characteristics of certain stores that are part of a chain, like Giant Eagle.
Sort of a Caveat Emptor kind of thing.

At Giant Eagle Parmatown, I have received grief at the Customer Service Desk when politely asking for a raincheck.
In the form of an imposed limit, which I do not think it right.

One time they limited me to four of a product that was on sale and out-of-stock.
I politely held me ground and got a limit of 12.
