[Needofsaving]

I did the follow up survey for a product and in the survey they mentioned something about how many do I have left and would I send them back. I said I would and I thought they would have sent the paperwork for me to mail the stuff back but I haven't seen anything yet. That was about 3 weeks ago. They have however sent my check for the product but not any info regarding mailing back the left over things. Anyone know what to do?? This was my first one and I don't want to screw it up. I really enjoyed doing it.
