Re: AGGHH! What happened to my CVS staff?! I understand...my first trip to CVS to start doing this whole thing made me shake my head. I had three Windex coupons, two went into the register, the third beeped, she read it said I could only use one per purchase. I thought ok, but when I got home I thought huh? I used two already...I looked and noticed I had given her the wrong one...oh well lesson learned.
I have a similar issue at work..we have procedures and one day one of the 'new' girls from our Corporate called me and was explaining something to me, and notified me that is how it had ALWAYS been done. I've been there long enough to know when I can push the envelope and said no offense, but I have been here 10 years and we have never done it that way, you have been here how long? six months? oh and we ALWAYS do it that way? Once she got her Manager involved we discovered where her problem was and she quickly learned that just because it's something we have been doing since she got there doesn't mean we have ALWAYS done it that way. |
