Wow! I am psyched this week. I went to FW, got 25 lbs. of pork chops and packaged them up for the freezer. I didn't see the post about the seasoning but I will definitely be getting those. DH has been wanting to try it for the grill anyway...and that means he cooks and I don't. LOL

I'm getting 25 lbs more of the pork chops Monday. One of my prescriptions was out of stock and they won't have it until then. I need a rest from freezing meat anyway because after I went to FW, I went and transferred a prescription at Bruno's and got roast, steaks, 10 packages of fresh catfish fillets (for free with the $2 seafood q!), more cheap Cheese Nips and free Kraft cheese for buying the cheap Cheese Nips.

BTW, the pharmacist interpreted the prescription transfer q the same way I did...one coupon per prescription per person. As long as you have a coupon and a prescription to transfer, no limit. I asked before I gave her the prescriptions because if she had interpreted it differently, no problem. There are four stores right now to get gc's at with transferred prescriptions and something I want at everyone of them.

While it's on my mind...my father who has farmed his entire life told me to concentrate on getting as much beef in the freezer as possible. He said the price of beef will go up higher and faster than anything else due to the current events unfolding. This isn't really new news to us but thought I would pass it on for anyone who still needs to get those freezers stockpiled.
