Joann's and Michael's are the same corporation and accept each other's coupons, just so you know. So I don't think there's much of a difference between the two, obviously it's going to vary from store location to store location, but I've heard bad things about customer service from both. If you read jobvent.com and look up Michael's, wow, employees have bad things to say about them. |
