I made my first trip to Longs today for the Huggies Wipes, now I see there is a rebate for $10 GC when you purchase $30 Kimberly Clark. I am wondering if the $30 is before store q's and manu q's or after and if the $30 can be on multiple transactions? Thanks in advance for any help, this will be my first time doing Longs Rebates.
