Welcome to Shaw's Supermarkets. At the site you will need to provide your name, Shaw's Rewards Card number, address, and email. Your email address will be your username and you will be able to choose a password. You can choose to participate in the Ducklings Rewards and/or the Pet Club programs.
2. What if I do not have a Shaw's Rewards Card?
A Shaw's Rewards Card is required to participate in the Shaw's Online Rewards programs. Please see the customer service desk in your store to receive your Shaw's Rewards Card.
3. I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Simply click on the Request Password link and provide your email address or Shaw's Rewards Card number and your password will be emailed to you. Remember, your email address is your username.
4. Can I change my password?
Click on the
Update Profile link to change your password.
5. I moved and I need to update my address.
Click on the
Update Profile link to change your address.
6. How do I earn Rewards?
After you have signed up for Shaw's Ducklings Rewards and/or Pet Club, we do all the work for you. We will track all of your Shaw's Online Rewards transactions and send you emails with each qualifying transaction, so you always know your rewards status. It is that easy, and rewarding to shop at Shaw's.
7. Can I check my progress and status?
You will receive an email each time you buy a participating product in the Shaw's Online Rewards programs and your status will be updated on the club's status page to show how close you are to receiving a reward.

8. When will I receive my rewards?
Once you have qualified for a reward, we will give you the good news via email, update your status on the website and follow up with a mailed Shaw's rewards coupon that can be used on your next purchase at Shaw's.
9. Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of reward coupons you may earn. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the rewards.
10. What do I do with my reward coupon when I receive it?
Simply present the Shaw's reward coupon, just like you would a manufacturer's coupon, and enjoy the savings.
11. I think some transactions are missing, how do I handle this?
Click on the
Contact Us link. In the subject line choose "My purchase does not appear on the status page". Provide your Shaw's Reward Card number, date of purchase and product description. We will check our records for eligible Reward transactions. If we find a transaction we will update your account and send you an email with the change.
12. If I shop at Shaw's before signing up for the Shaw's Online Rewards programs, how far back will my purchases be applied?
Purchases will begin to apply toward your rewards, if signup occurs by midnight of the same shopping day. You must sign up separately to participate in the Ducklings Rewards and the Pet Club programs.

13. Login problems
There are several reasons for login problems:
- Simple misspelling of either the username or password, please double check the spelling.
- You were sent an email when you signed-up initially, your password is in the original email.
- If you forgot your password, please click on the Request Password link and provide your email address or Shaw's Rewards Card number and your password will be emailed to you. Remember, your username is your email address.
14. Participation guidelines
Shaw's Online Rewards Programs offers are product specific. Substitutions or rain checks are not honored. Return products are not eligible for rebate. Quantities may be limited. Save your register receipt(s) until your reward is received as proof of purchase in case of a dispute. Use of a fictitious name/address other than your own is prohibited by law. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 and 1342). You may be required to submit proof of your name and address. Offers valid only in the United States. All submission become property of Shaw's and will not be returned. Shaw's, it's affiliates or agents are not responsible for mail not received as a result of loss, damage or delays by the U.S. Post Office. Neither Shaw's nor their agencies are responsible for misprints or typographical errors.
