I bought a leather couch & chair about 8 years ago and we love it. My sister bought a couch and had some small problem with it (something w/ the back of the couch). JCP had a guarantee on the furniture (I am not sure if they still do). They replaced her couch with a nicer one.
Also, JCP has those surveys you can take to receive 15% off. I don't know if they exclude furniture. We were also able to negotiate with our salesperson-like buying a car. |
