If anyone is still having problems w/ the Jane or Oral-B, neither of these showed up on my rebates. I emailed Rite-Aid last night using the link from "questions about my rebate" (or similar wording - can't remember exactly). I included the store #, date, trans# and register # from each receipt and the items that were not showing (I bought the mineral blush $5.99 and the Orab-B crossaction vitalizer). They actually responded already and are sending a seperate check for the two items. Was fast and easy. Maybe they have had so many complaints that they are just issuing checks w/ no hassles now on these 2 items.
