DoctorDeal, I agree with Abond that the person you talked to was probably making something up or misinformed. I've had this problem before with K-mart customer service and that's why I didn't bother to call about my experience. I just won't shop there anymore. I'm glad the rest of you have been able to get your tickets.  |
