I had issues for a long time. It would say it's preparing to download and to click the bar at the top to accept it, but the bar would never come up. I tried Fire Fox with no luck. Luckly it worked on our other computer. I finally got it to work on this computer... after it crashed and we had to wipe the hard drives and reinstall Windows! |
