I don't think anyone was trying to imply that you are a bad mom. LOL
I don't change for every little squirt, either, but the way the post came across is that the diaper was being left on for a LOT longer than that. As in full enough to leak... that is a LOT of pee, because as you said, they are meant to keep their tushies dry.

Nothing grosser IMO than a diaper that is so full it's sagging to thier knees or dragging the old pants down. And there are plenty of people out there who let it get to that point.
