Did you go to the Frederick store or Mt Airy? Frederick has always given me issues (not just Bonus Bucks, but I did have trouble there too!). I felt the same way week #1! The standard responses: #1 Limit one per person, it won't work after that. #2 The cards are programmed to give one BB only. #3 It goes by sale prices not shelf prices. #4 It won't give you a BB because you used coupons. All of these excuses we know to be untrue! Grr! I feel for you!
