I can understand not allowing talk of other things that are cut and dry but this issue obviously is not. How else are we going to figure this out if we don't discuss it here? | just throwing my .01 in here.. (not worth much)
I got to thinking about the wording this afternoon and we know some states have the dairy exclusion which would lead to the "may not be used" "in those states", so the next thing would be are all states excluded from the giftcard purchase by law? |
