My one $10 RR specifically says that it excludes P&G products. I'm not talking about rolling. I'm talking about using an RR that P&G is going to pay for. I would think they rather pay me to buy their products than somebody else's, but their wording specifically excludes that.

The $20 rr is really intended to be a 1x thing...not 45 transactions. They don't forsee those that are going to "roll" the catalinas. For probably 98% of the customers, that $20 rr is exciting and they spend it and go about their day. This isn't about the manufacturer not wanting you to buy their products, it's about them wanting to still make money.
