if you have good relations with your cashiers/stores I'm sure many would not want their favorite cashiers/AMs fired just to accommodate them. according to the employee, it doesn't mean that if the register allowed it that it is okay. they still have records of it and the cashier will still get reprimanded for it.
Just something for us to consider if our cashiers are nice and friendly. | Just to clarify... are you describing a situation in which the RRs clearly said NOT to be used on giftcards, or are you talking about the RRs that say they MAY exclude giftcards? |
