Can't say wether its a good deal or not but Penguin Windows demo in your home is amazing. Hold out and say no and they will call their boss and the price will keep getting lower and lower with bonus things like gas cards etc.
They are tops though in windows and saving on your energy bill. They are gorgeous windows.
