ok, I am in tier 1 and got in last week. I almost declined because we already have 2 universal remotes. However, we have $30 universal remotes. I had no information about this one, all I thought was the one in my sons room is getting a little old, so I accepted. Well, it came today and as soon as I saw how high tech I knew it was going in the living room. Then I went online to see how much it cost and was shocked that retail is around $250. WOW, I am sooo happy I got in. I am charging it right now and have already jotted down all of my makes, models and serial numbers as soon as I input them I will be set to go.
