Cottonelle sends me emails when the coupons are coming in the inserts. Last time I got the email, I bought 10 papers, got them home only to find out they were a lousy quarter.  | Your post has been merged with the post for questions.
According to the Coupon Database there were two values for the Cottonelle coupons $0.25/1 and $1.00/1. Of course coupon values vary by region. You can of course try to trade for some of the $1.00/1 coupons.
