I filled mine out in the store and it was only 2 or 3 days before I got the email with the coupon. When I got to the register to pay, I asked the cashier if I had to chose between the $5 off coupon or the 15% off friends and family coupon I had for the weekend. (I read the fine print, it did not say they couldn't be combined with any other offers.) She looked at them and said I could use both. Then we got the $10 Kohls Cash for next week, too! BONUS!

We spent $60, but got ds 2 pairs of jean shorts-US Polo Assn, 2 dress shirts (3yo and dh) and 2 t-shirts (1 for each ds.) Really it wasn't bad; reg retail for the jean shorts was $42 each.
