My commissary is a bit behind on coupons--they will do it (let me use a coupon that says "Any" on "any", give me overage, etc), but they give me carp about it.
I have written to DeCA and have emails stating that these things are OK, but the store admin and customer service managers are a bit stubborn and don't seem to like couponers much.
