It didn't work for me at the SW store on Greenwood in Seattle. There's a form (Contact | Catalina Marketing) on the Catalina website that I filled out, and they called me yesterday to get my information. After some research, the rep discovered that something was down at that store. They're sending me a $10 OYNO in the mail though! I'd contact Catalina.
