i don't have trouble from boodle or "regular" smartsource (though hcw has different coupons sometimes from what i find on the "regular" one)....
its frustrating and i would appreciate any advice. | Sorry, no advice here, as i have the same exact problem~ Only difference is that mine used to print, then my elec went off for a while during a storm and had to reset everything.. then I couldn't print anymore from the HCW database:-(
