Meatballs: saute 3 cloves of garlic minced... and 1/2 onion cut fine once sauteed combine with 1 roll of sausage 1/2cup of bread crumbs 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese 1 egg Mix all together roll into 1-1 1/2 inch balls cook on the stove top until done! They turned out fantastic! I was surprised because I was winging it... never made them and had no recipe! I served them on top of the spaghetti sauce!
