Yeah, we already take back movies in store, but aren't we also supposed to get the one additional free rental a month, or if you do the trade in are you forfeiting that benefit? If so I'm fine with that, but I'd just totally forgotten that we were supposed to be getting those coupons, and we haven't been getting them in our email. I wonder if they would retroactively send us our previous months coupons we haven't received....hmmm. |
