Photobucket is my preferred image hosting service. It is free, and has a subscription service, as well. You can make an unlimited number of folders to better organize your pics, and it will also host videos for you. You can make slideshows.

It will also provide the html you need in different situations, depending on whether you want to embed on a web page, a blog, sites like myspace or facebook, and I especially use it for my eBay listings, and it is part of my eBay classes. I teach all my students to use it to avoid paying the extra fees that eBay charges. So by using it, you can embed photos in listings w/o paying the extra fees.
