Mine won't let me use coupons IF the items are on sale. If they are not on sale I'm assuming you can use them. But, yes, YMMV because as the OP said they are all independently owned.
Oh, and just for the record...I don't think Ace gets many manf q's...my cashier had to ask the manager if they took coupons... |
