Update:
So, we went to the church, and unfortunately, no one was there and the doors were locked. We weren't sure which house was the parsonage, but decided to just go check the bins anyway.
Looked on the sides to see if there were any "Do Not Remove Papers" signs or something, and there were none. So, we peak in, and there's STACKS of newspapers in the one. Most were in bags, so we took out one, and went back to the car to sort through it.
There was only two inserts in that one, so we put it back and got out two more bags. The first had nothing useful in it, but in the second one I found a sizeable stack of inserts, which made the trip well worth it.
I'm thinking about going back tomorrow after church, since people probably drop off their newspapers when they go on Sunday, and asking someone who's there this time. |
