Default Re: The Official Prescription Coupon Thread

Is Rite Aid the most expensive pharmacy in anyone else's area? I needed a prescription filled today and was going to transfer it there from CVS, since they had a $20 prescription coupon. I asked them how much it would be and it was more than $21. The same prescription at CVS, where I actually got it refilled, was $11.48 and around $12.50 at Wal-mart. I know the medicine would have come out to $1-something, after the $20 gift card. But, I was taking a risk that they'd allow me to use the coupon. It was an acceptable risk, if the price was about the same. But, I just couldn't do it. I would have asked them to price match, if I could have found the CVS bag from the last time I had it filled. But, it's MIA.
